In 2010, the Luxegiving Brand was started in the Houston multifamily market. We realize that community building is essential within the property management industry. It all started with ladies’ night events to help raise money for a Dress for Success organization.
Over the years, we started to offer craft classes, mixologist experiences, and entertainment solutions for residential communities. Our whole goal is to create events that help tenants build a sense of community with their neighbors. We now support managers throughout the United States with a plan to enter the European market by 2024.

Over the years, we have had great relationships with multiple management companies and properties. One of the common responses is the ease of coming up with unique ways to get people together. What services does LuxeGiving offer to make your event a success?
We offer a variety of different services. We offer consulting services to create resident event concepts and find local vendors. Our consulting services allow communities to use us as a team resource for their on-site or marketing teams. We act as a contracted event coordinator for over six months. Our consulting services launched in Summer 2022.
In addition, we have event coordinating services, where we create the event and book the vendors. Our coordinating services work on an event-by-event basis. The majority of our clients use only our coordinating services. The most significant difference with the consulting services is that we can plan an unlimited number of events during the contract.
Lastly, we offer training sessions on how to host events. Our VIP Day training was created for property managers wanting to educate their staff and teams on executing on-site events in-house. Due to budgeting restrictions, it is a perfect option for management companies to host events in-house. Our VIP Days are an excellent option for regions with multiple new people or looking for a fresh outlook on resident events. Our training helps to provide support to understand events better from the curation, planning to execution phase.
How will my guests benefit from an event planned by LuxeGiving?
Our goal is to showcase the property and its best light by selecting the best vendors to reflect the quality of the building. We want the residents to be impressed with the displays to the vendor’s professionalism. We find local businesses passionate about what they do and want to please your guest.
How much does it cost to use the services of LuxeGiving?
Our prices differ depending on the services. On average, our event coordinating services start at a minimum of $500 per event. Our consulting services start at $1500 a month. Our VIP days start at $6000.

Where do we even start? We have some communities that just hire bartenders to serve liquor legally at their resident events. In addition, we have hosted pop-up dining experiences at apartment complexes that provided an upscale experience for the tenets. We have received great feedback from all of our events. Over the last ten years, we have hosted over 4000 events and different metropolitan areas.
