You can find all the materials for each monthly session as part of your member dashboard, and some custom items may be emailed to you as well for easy access. All package materials, video tutorials, printables, guides, graphics, and additional resources are within your online member dashboard. You’ll also be able to ask questions and get feedback from program organizers online or through our office hours.
HOW MUCH TIME YOU’LL NEED
Each monthly package includes essential guides, recipes, entertainment sheets and more. These items can be read and worked on at your own pace, as well as video tutorials detailing the steps to make your event a success. Though the videos themselves are short and the recipes are simple and easy to follow, we recommend that you set aside one hour of your time to go through all the materials and follow along with the instructions.
TIMING OF THE PROGRAM
The Connection Lounge will be presented in monthly segments where you will get a full event kit for one event every month, for only $99 a month for the fully customized service. We encourage you to register for this program as early as possible, as space will be limited for our first edition of the Connection Lounge program.
Videos from past months will continue to be available for the duration of your subscription. So if you are working a full-time job, working a part-time job, or dealing with an unpredictable work schedule, you can revisit the material at any time.
It can sometimes be difficult to know the best timing for event activities and create chaos on the day of the event. Our event timelines help you schedule deliveries, team responsibilities, marketing items, and day of event preparation.

With advances in grocery delivery, grocery shopping has never been so easy. Use our serving guides to determine how much to buy for your expected event size, and schedule your food delivery days or weeks in advance.
Cooking and catering can be the most challenging part of event planning. Managing portion sizes and dietary requirements can be difficult to work with, so let us help you with creating an event menu that brings your communities together. These recipes are easily printable or viewable on your tablet so that you can follow along, and easily convert portion sizes based on your needs.
Do you constantly have people asking “What is this? Is this gluten-free? Do you have any vegetarian options?” during your events, and stopping you from keeping your event on track? We will take our suggested event recipes for each event and make a custom menu tag, with your logo and building name, for each dish and drink. Ingredients will be listed on the back, along with labels for items that are vegan or vegetarian-friendly.
Let us create your event flyer for display in your lobby or on your social media. We will customize your flyer with your personal event details, including your address and event venue. We will also include the complex logo, social media pages and website using creative and eye-catching graphics.
Get the word out to everyone in your building. Physical invitations still hold a certain charm when people receive them, so let’s hit those doors and mailboxes. If your complex is going paperless, no problem! Send these invitations via email or on your website. These invitations show the event date, time, venue and suggested attire.

Share your events with your community on Facebook? We will design a custom event cover photo to help promote engagement with your tenants online. Event Covers will show the event date and theme, so residents can grasp the essentials as soon as they see it.
CUSTOM FACEBOOK FILTER
Another way to promote your events is to create a custom event frame on Facebook. Frames allow people within a certain distance of your building to add your event graphics to their profile picture on Facebook. This has the double effect of creating a sense of community among those sharing the frame, as well as promoting your complex to your resident’s online friends.
